Our Factory

In 2015, the CEO with ambitious visions led a small team of just five members from the ground up. At that time, the team needed to personally oversee every step, from procuring materials to selling products, leaving no detail unattended. With annual sales of merely $100,000, the company was far from reaching scale.

Through relentless efforts, the company has now achieved a qualitative leap. The factory has transformed from its primitive beginnings into a modern 8,900-square-meter production base. The workforce has also expanded to 120 members. Today, 6 production lines have been established, covering critical processes , enabling full self-sufficiency in production with significantly enhanced efficiency and precision. 

The factory is equipped with advanced machinery including 90 sewing machines, 2 microwave anti-mite sterilization systems, 2 automated fabric-cutting machines, 10 overlock machines, 4 down filling machines, 3 EPS bead fillers, 2 vacuum compressors, 2 fabric inspectors, 4 metal detectors, and 2 electric forklifts. These devices have not only boosted productivity but also guaranteed product quality and reliability.
